| Q.
Why aren't
these costs just included in tuition? |
| A. |
The university uses the Intelliprint system to equitably allocate the cost of printing to those students who benefit directly from the service since less than half of DePaul students make prints on university printers. |

| Q.
If there is
a problem with the printer, will I get a refund? |

| Q.
Will the system
be efficient for students in a hurry? |
| A. |
A goal of this project is to reduce
the long lines for printing in the labs and other high-volume locations.
This can be achieved by increasing the number of printer sites while
at the same time, reducing the number of prints made. The new system
is easy to use and instructions will be provided. Staff will also
be available to assist or answer questions. |

used at other universities? |

Louisville, and Georgetown are among the many universities using the
program. |
