ISO 9001 Certification The DePaul Publications Group is committed to working in partnership with the DePaul community to create products and deliver services of the highest quality, while always striving to achieve continuous improvement. Through the process of becoming ISO 9001 certified, and as part of our effort toward continuous improvement, the DePaul Publications Group has developed a quality system through which we continuously monitor our own procedures, and compare ourselves to the international ISO standard. Many large corporations have also measured their quality systems to this international standard, and have received certification from the International Standards Organization (ISO). This system is a part of our commitment to deliver a quality product.
