Canceling Photocopier Access The Document Services Department is responsible for cancelling the photocopier access privilege. A change in the account access status of a card may be made by submitting a "Photocopy Access Priviledge Form" or the budget manager of an account can send an e-mail to the Document Services Department to request a change. If a card is lost, or an employees is terminated, call the ID Card services Office (or the Security Department is after normal business hours) to have all privileges assigned to the card cancelled. |
